Convert Google Chrome Passwords to XML

To use Chrome's passwords in K-Meleon export a comma-separated value (CSV) file from Chrome, convert it into a K-Meleon Password Extractor XML file with this page, and open the XML file in K-Meleon using the Password Extractor. Check out the online K-Meleon documentation for more information. To export your passwords from Chrome:

  1. Open Google Chrome, click Profile (person icon), and Password (key icon).
  2. Click the 3 dots above your saved passwords.
  3. Select Export Passwords and then click Export Passwords again.
  4. Enter your computer's password and click the OK button.
  5. Choose a file name and export your passwords to a CSV file.

Once you have a CSV file, click the button below. Select your file, click open, and a converted XML will download. Open that XML file with Password Extractor. Note that this script runs entirely on your computer and involves no third parties. You can even download this page and run it disconnected from the internet.
